From Asian Economic short news, South Korea Industrial Output Up 2.8% On Year, Industrial production in South Korea added an annual 2.8 percent in December, Statistics Korea said on Tuesday - rising for the 30th consecutive month, although it was well shy of forecasts for an increase of 4.1 percent following the 5.6 percent gain in November.
What about Samurai Country??, Japan Dec Industrial Output Rises 4.0% On MonthIndustrial production in Japan jumped a seasonally adjusted 4.0 percent on month in December, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said in Tuesday's preliminary reading - suggesting that Japan's recovery from the devastating earthquake and tsunami on March 11 may be back on track.
